Birthdays and milestones

Birthday party photo sharing with one QR code

Put a QR code on the invite or the cake table. Guests add their party photos from their phone browser, with no app and no account, and every photo ends up in one album your family keeps.

How it works

Ready before the candles are lit

  1. Step 1: Make the party album

Name it (“Zayd turns 1”) and you get a link and a QR code. Add more chapters if the celebration runs across a few gatherings.

  2. Step 2: Share the QR code

Print it for the cake table, add it to the invitation, or drop the link in the group chat. Guests add photos from their phone browser with no app and no account.

  3. Step 3: Relive it together

Every guest’s photos in one place. Mark favourites, play a slideshow for the family, and download the whole album as a ZIP.

Made for parties

Every guest's photos from the party, in one place

  • A QR code for the cake table

Guests scan with their phone camera and the upload page opens straight away. No app store, no sign-up, no password to forget.

  • Every kind of milestone

First birthdays, aqiqah, sweet sixteens, graduations, anniversaries and family reunions. One album per celebration, with chapters if you need them.

  • Wishes alongside the photos

Guests can write a birthday wish or a note for the future, in any language, and it is kept with the album.

  • Quick uploads, originals kept

Phones make small preview copies before sending, so a dozen photos go up fast. The original is kept, and duplicates are skipped.

  • Favourites, slideshow and ZIP download

Pick the best shots, hide any you would rather not show, play them as a slideshow and download every photo whenever you like.

  • No 7-day or 30-day expiry

The album stays open after the party, so the photos that turn up next week still find their way in. Your family keeps it.

FAQ

Birthday photo sharing questions

How do party guests add their photos?

They scan the QR code with their phone camera or tap the link you sent. The upload page opens in their browser; they type their name, choose photos and send. There is no app to download and no account to create.

Where should I put the QR code at a birthday party?

Anywhere guests pause: the cake table, the gift table, the entrance or the photo corner. You can print the QR card from your album, add it to the invitation, or share the link in the family group chat before and after the party.

Is it free?

Yes. MyPhotoAlbum is free during the alpha, with up to 200 photos per album, and the album does not expire.

Can I use it for a first birthday, aqiqah or graduation?

Yes. The birthday album works for any milestone: first birthdays, aqiqah, graduations, anniversaries and reunions. Add a chapter for each gathering if the celebration runs over more than one day.

Who can see the party photos?

The family's keepers, and anyone they add as a helper or heir, see the full album. Guests see a few recent photos on the upload page, and photos a keeper hides are never shown to guests. Albums are kept out of search engines.

Can guests write a birthday message too?

Yes. Guests can leave written wishes next to their photos, in any language. They stay with the album for the family to keep.

Can I download all the photos?

Yes. Keepers can download the whole album as a ZIP file at any time, originals included.
